Cheesecake with Melasa Emelia

Ingredients for the Base:

  • 15 unpeeled dates (soak them in water from the night before)

  • 20gr of hazelnuts

  • 10 whole walnuts

Ingredients for the filling:

  • 200g cashews soaked in water from the evening

  • 4 tablespoons of coconut oil

  • 3-4 tbsp emelia molasses

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp lemon juice

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract


  • To make the base, beat the soaked dates and nuts until they become a mass,
  • Spread the mixture in a round mould or whatever you have,
  • Make the filling in a food processor and beat all the ingredients well until it becomes a thick paste.
  • Pour the filling onto the base.
  • Refrigerate the cake for 1 hour.
  • Cover the cake with the jam and put it back in the fridge for at least 3 more hours.
