In Kallirachi of Thassos, in selected organic olive groves, we cultivate the throumba olive.

It is a traditional Greek olive variety, which is part of our Mediterranean diet.

The olive "wrinkles" naturally on the tree.

The harvested fruits are layered with sea salt and naturally acquire their pleasant taste.

 The olives come from the semi-mountainous areas between the two mountains, Taygetos and Parnonas, as well as from the valley of Evrotas!

 The climate and the land of this region, the careful cultivation, the harvesting by hand and the strict sorting one by one, are the reason for this excellent product!
