RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to return the products you bought and request a refund. Products must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

- Not have used the product
- Send the product packaged in its original packaging and accompanied by all its labels
- Return the product accompanied by all the necessary documents that prove the transaction (eg Retail Order, Order Form, etc.)
CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
