BROWNIE-STYLE CHOCOLATE CAKE
- 250g baking chocolate
- 250g margarine or cow butter
- 4 eggs
- 160g or half a bottle of Emelia
- 180g flour
- 1 sachet baking powder
- 0.6g of vanilla powder
- 8-10 walnuts (optional)
Recipe
In a saucepan, melt the butter on a mild fire and add the baking chocolate. Once they melt, stir with a whisk to homogenize the mixture and remove the saucepan from the fire. In a bowl, beat the eggs together with Emelia. First add the flour, the vanilla powder and the baking powder and then the mixture of backing chocolate and butter, and stir. Add the walnuts. Pour the mixture into a buttered pan or mold and place it in a preheated oven, at 180 to 200 Celsius, for 20-25 minutes. Once it is removed from the oven, let it cool and remove from pan or mold.
