Quinoa Crisps

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup uncooked quinoa.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil.

  • Salt and pepper, to taste.

  • Dried oregano.

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 200°C.

  2. In a large bowl, combine quinoa and olive oil until quinoa is evenly coated.

  3. Spread quinoa in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano.

  5. Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until quinoa is golden and crispy.

  6. Allow to cool completely before serving.
