Quinoa Crisps
Ingredients:

1 cup uncooked quinoa.

2 tablespoons olive oil.

Salt and pepper, to taste.

Dried oregano.
Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200°C.

In a large bowl, combine quinoa and olive oil until quinoa is evenly coated.

Spread quinoa in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and oregano.

Bake in preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until quinoa is golden and crispy.

Allow to cool completely before serving.
