Dream truffles
Truffles with Emelia molasses
Ingredients:
-
250 grams of margarine
-
500 grams of burger biryani
-
200 - 250 grams Emelia molasses
-
4 spoons of cocoa
-
2 shots of cognac or liqueur of your choice
-
2 vanillas
-
250 - 300 g of coarsely chopped walnuts
-
Truffle or couverture melted in a bain-marie
Preparation
- Beat the butter with the Emelia molasses until fluffy
- Add the cocoa, vanilla, cognac or liqueur and the biscuits broken into small pieces. Mix well and place the mixture in the refrigerator to set
- Form small balls and dip them in either the truffle or melted couverture.
