Handmade Sauce  !!!

 INGREDIENTS: Tomato 85%, organic olive oil, onion, garlic, white wine, fennel, carrot, mustard, star anise, ginger, ouzo, lemon, salt, sugar, pelt.

RECIPE: Heat the olive oil to a large frying pan and sauté meat on medium heat, whilst  stirring.  Add a cup of wine and a cup of water and let it boil for about 30 minutes. Then add sauce  "chicken cacciatore" and continue cooking for another  10 minutes.

They are cooked in small quantities as one would do in one's kitchen.

They are all by hand without any machines. They have no preservatives at all.

They have an excellent maintenance for about two years with the traditional method. The raw materials of tomato and olive oil we produce ourselves without chemicals and drugs.

The tomato is from local varieties of the area without hybrids.

Olive oil is extra virgin organic (certified in BIOHELLAS) without acids.

Our recipes come from our grandmothers and we after a lot of research added some touches.

We use exclusively sea salt and minimal brown sugar.

The ecological farm Bioexantas is located in the village of Exanti Mylopotamos in Rethymno, Crete.

This is a group of people trying to develop self-sufficiency, solidarity and organic farming.

Our ultimate goal is to create an eco-community. Through this effort was born the idea for the production of homemade products created with passion and love according to the old recipes without preservatives
