Handmade Sauce for Beef !!!
INGREDIENTS: Tomato 70%, organic olive oil, onion, garlic, tomato paste, dapne, oregano, pepper, mustard, cumin, spice, cinnamon, parsley, salt, sugar.
RECIPE: Heat the olive oil to a large frying pan and sauté meat on medium heat, whilst stirring. Add a cup of wine and a cup of water and let it boil for about 30 minutes. Then add sauce "Tas Kebap" and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.
