Delicious Stuffed Oat Log
Oat log stuffed with peanut butter & molasses Emelia
Recipe Ingredients
- 230 gr oats
- 115 gr cocoa powder
- 130 gr Emelia
- 65 gr melted coconut oil
- 1/2 teaspoon of salt
- 160 gr Emelia peanut butter
Preparation
Put the oats, molasses, coconut oil, salt and cocoa powder in a blender.
Blend well until you have a solid ball with a homogeneous mixture.
Place the mixture between two sheets of parchment paper.
Use a rolling pin to roll out into a rectangular shape.
Cover 3/4 of the rectangle shape with a thin layer of peanut butter.
Roll to the side not covered with peanut butter.
Wrap with parchment paper and refrigerate for 2-3 hours to set.
Take it out of the refrigerator and remove the parchment paper.
Cut and serve.
