FASTING WINE COOKIES
- 2 + ½ cups olive oil or vegetable oil or mixed
- 1 cup wine
- 1 cup Emelia molasses
- ½ cup orange juice
- ½ cup roasted sesame seeds
- 7 cups of self-raising flour
- ½ tbsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- ½ tbsp cloves
- Orange zest
Directions
Mix all fluids and stir well to make the molasses melt. Add flour and the rest of ingredients. The dough should be quite soft. Roll immediately, put in the oven and bake.
