Autumn heather honey, collected in Ermionida, is one of the most nutritious honey varieties, therefore it is highly recommended to reinforce stamina. It is known by its copper colour and its unique flavour of butter caramel.
Erica honey is compact, due to its high pollen content.
Herb honey with thyme, This unique honey variety of organic herbs and thyme is distinguished by its superb flavour, its bright colour and its high vitamin content. It is collected at the region of Ermionida at the beginning of June.
Ermionis carob honey is a rare and distinct variety of honey, rich in calcium, magnesium, vitamins and iron. It is collected in autumn from the carob trees in Bairaktaris farm. It is recommended for osteoporosis.
It is fresh, baked corn, ground into stone grains. In appearance it resembles oatmeal and is traditionally used mainly in Pontian cuisine. It is ideal for salads and vegetarian dishes. A nice suggestion for the season is a salad with cornbread, black beans and citrus fruits.
