Aged 5 years in oak barrels.  A highly complex and profound bouquet that has been built layer by layer.  In the mouth, its wonderful balance maintains almost intact the primal freshness and the noble aromas of Muscat with the tertiary aromas of aging.  Served at 12-14ο C.

It belongs to the Vins de Liqueurs category and it is the most popular wine of Samos. It is the No. 1 sweet wine in sales in Greece and it is exported worldwide. From semi-mountainous and mountainous terraces.  It has a light golden color and the nose is dominated by aromas of apricot jam and mature melon.  A fruity taste with summer fruits in the foreground.  Served at 8-10 ° C.

Greek Fir Honey, Meleagros, is collected in the virgin fir forestw of Pindow sierra, near Pertouli, at an altitude of over 1200m, away from intensive farming or other possible sources of pollution. It's dark red colour, delicate aroma and characteristic caramel flavour have made it stand out among the most demanding consumers worldwide.

Greek Forest Honey, Meleagros, is collected at the foothills of Moynt Kissavos, an area abounding in oaks, horse chestnuts and linden trees as well as a wide variety of wild herbs and flowers. Ermionis thyme honey, collected exclusively in Ermionida, is distinguished by its golden colour, intense scent, rich flavour and its numerous healing qualities. It belongs to the best qualities of Greek honey, due to the dry and warm climate of Ermionida.

Ermionis carob honey is a rare and distinct variety of honey, rich in calcium, magnesium, vitamins and iron. It is collected in autumn from the carob trees in Bairaktaris farm. It is recommended for osteoporosis.

Autumn heather honey, collected in Ermionida, is one of the most nutritious honey varieties, therefore it is highly recommended to reinforce stamina. It is known by its copper colour and its unique flavour of butter caramel. 

Erica honey is compact, due to its high pollen content.
