Our Thyme Honey combines an intense aroma and light amber colour with an expceptionally pleasant flavour. Thyme Honey stmulates the immune  system as it  has been proven to have anti cough, antiseptic and anti-cancer properties. 

Greek Forest Honey, Meleagros, is collected at the foothills of Moynt Kissavos, an area abounding in oaks, horse chestnuts and linden trees as well as a wide variety of wild herbs and flowers. The unique characteistics of the region give  our honeey its distinctive dark colour along with its exquisite refined flavour.

 You can enjoy it plain or in combination or yogurt.

Ermionis carob honey is a rare and distinct variety of honey, rich in calcium, magnesium, vitamins and iron. It is collected in autumn from the carob trees in Bairaktaris farm. It is recommended for osteoporosis.
