It is a great substitute of sugar.

Carob honey is also known as a traditional medicine for cough and sore throat.

It is rich in calcium (almost three times more than milk- carob contains 350 mg per 100gr in comparison to milk that contains 120 mg per 100gr).

Its flavor can differ depending on the variety without altering its nutritional value.

For its production, only Cretan carobs are used.

It is consumed raw as a fruit. Be careful with the hard pods.

It is a mixture of honey where the natural mixing of forest honey (pine honey) with thyme creates a special category of honey, a peculiar product, which combines the mild taste of pine honey with the intense aromatic profile of thyme and is characterized by the presence of Cretan plants.

They start gathering during the second half of August up to October, as on the mountains of Crete, thyme and herbs are blooming and coexisting trees secrete honeydew.

Crete's Honey is characterized by its rich taste, has caramel like texture and excellent flavor.

This honey has slow crystallization.

Organic Aroadamos comes from Sitia, Crete

Carob syrop organic ARODAMOS 330 gr. Syrup made from organically grown locust without sugar and preservatives with 3 times more calcium than milk.

It helps osteoporosis. Very good for the sore throat, cough and stomach. Contains calcium, magnesium, iron and vitamins A, B1, B2, D.
