Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris) has been produced for years in China and our company cooperates with a selected producer with a lot of experience in producing high quality mushrooms.

Our carob syrup is produced from the pods of the carob tree and has a mild, sweet flavor.

It is rich in calcium (almost three times more than milk- carob contains 350 mg per 100gr in comparison to milk that contains 120 mg per 100gr).
