Mayonnaise with Dijon Mustard
A new creation by the «goumenisses» for the Dijon mustard’s lovers.
This wonderful Dijonese sauce is based on the velvety mayonnaise by «goumenisses» combined with the internationally famous Dijon mustard.
Great in sandwiches, with meats, potatoes and as a base for salad dressing.
Ingredients:
Sunflower oil 64%, water, Dijon mustard 10%, (mustard seeds, vinegar, water, salt), pasteurized egg yolk 7%, vinegar, sugar, modified corn starch, salt, flavourings, mustard (wheat flour, water, olive oil, vinegar, sugar, turmeric, ground mustard, salt, maltodextrin) acidity regulator: citric acid, lemon juice, thickener: xanthan gum, preservatives: potassium sorbate, sodium benzoate, seasoning (glucose syrup, water, vinegar, flavouring, rapeseed oil).
The beloved to all, Greek feta is combined with green olive and herbs it’s transformed by «goumenisses» into a delicious spread for fresh or baked bread.

Feta cheese (37%), myzithra cheese (35%), water, green olives (5%), extra virgin olive oil, yeast extract, onion, garlic, spices, orange fiber, modified starch, acid: lactic acid, preservative: potassium sorbate.
