Cheesecake with Melasa Emelia
Ingredients for the Base:

15 unpeeled dates (soak them in water from the night before)

20gr of hazelnuts
-
10 whole walnuts
Ingredients for the filling:
-
200g cashews soaked in water from the evening

4 tablespoons of coconut oil
-
3-4 tbsp emelia molasses
-
2 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp lemon juice

1 tsp vanilla extract
Preparation
- To make the base, beat the soaked dates and nuts until they become a mass,
- Spread the mixture in a round mould or whatever you have,
- Make the filling in a food processor and beat all the ingredients well until it becomes a thick paste.
- Pour the filling onto the base.
- Refrigerate the cake for 1 hour.
- Cover the cake with the jam and put it back in the fridge for at least 3 more hours.
