Pine thyme is a variety of honey where the mixing of thyme with pine is done by bees.

It is a mixture of honey where the natural mixing of forest honey (pine honey) with thyme creates a special category of honey, a peculiar product, which combines the mild taste of pine honey with the intense aromatic profile of thyme and is characterized by the presence of Cretan plants.

The Greek Ηeather Honey has been internationally awarded in competitions such as: iTQi (International Taste and Quality Institute) in Brussels, Great Taste Awards in London, BIOL Miel in Italy for Organic Honey. In France this honey is placed - along with chestnut and lavender honey – amongst the best French honey. The French use exclusively Heather Honey to prepare the famous French gingerbread. 

A very dinstinctive honey that is produced exclusively in Crete.

The mix of thyme honey, pine honey and honey deriving from 187 Cretan herbs and plants ( found exclusively in Crete ). The bees collect and storage at the bee hive cells simultaneously. They start gathering during the second half of August up to October, as on the mountains of Crete, thyme and herbs are blooming and coexisting trees secrete honeydew.

Crete's Honey is characterized by its rich taste, has caramel like texture and excellent flavor.

Autumn heather honey, collected in Ermionida, is one of the most nutritious honey varieties, therefore it is highly recommended to reinforce stamina. It is known by its copper colour and its unique flavour of butter caramel.

Ermionis thyme honey, collected exclusively in Ermionida, is distinguished by its golden colour, intense scent, rich flavour and its numerous healing qualities. It belongs to the best qualities of Greek honey, due to the dry and warm climate of Ermionida.

Ermionis carob honey is a rare and distinct variety of honey, rich in calcium, magnesium, vitamins and iron. It is collected in autumn from the carob trees in Bairaktaris farm. It is recommended for osteoporosis.

The Pistachio  is among the best quality and more delicious nuts. It has been classified as super food and not unfair.
