Chopped trachanas made with whole wheat flour, sour with sourdough and lentinula powder, apox. vegetables, dried mushrooms and onion.

The "forest mix" is a tasty unique mixture of 7 different mushrooms, of which the king mushroom, the black trumpet and the chanterelle, are "wild", native mushrooms selected from the Greek forests, combined with mushrooms of our own cultivation such as the gray and yellow Pleurotous and Lentinula (shiitake).
The former, grow under firs, oaks, beeches and chestnuts where the ideal microclimate of alternating high humidity and sunshine work together to produce coherent and clean mushrooms.
We choose the best, highest quality mushrooms and immediately after picking them, we clean and dry them, using the most ecological technology: our sun!
Preparation Instructions:
Soak in warm water for 15 minutes (alternatively in brandy or another drink for 30 minutes).
Drain the water.
Sauté for 1 to 2 minutes in olive oil or butter.
Deglaze with dry white wine (alternatively with the liquor in which we soaked the mushrooms).
Serve with a little salt and pepper.
Sautéed mushrooms can be added to soups, omelets, sauces and casseroles.
TIPS:
The liquid after draining can be well strained with a strainer or a thin towel. It makes a delicious broth for soups and sauces.
Dried mushrooms
Our Sun dried mushrooms are a flavorful unique collection of 8 different products: Porcini, Black Trumpets, Chanterelles, Forest mix, Farm’s Mix, Oyster mix, Shiitake, Moriles all hand-picked wild mushrooms from the Greek woodlands, combined with our cultivated grey & golden Oyster, Shiitake and white button mushrooms.
Our wild mushrooms grow under fir, oak or beech trees where the ideal microclimate of wet weather and sunshine collaborate to produce firm and clean mushrooms. We select the best quality mushrooms and immediately after harvesting, we sort, clean and dry them, utilizing the most ecofriendly technology: our sun!
Our solar drying technology significantly improves the quality of dried mushrooms in terms of color, texture, and taste, boosting the intensity of the flavours. The main advantage of solar drying is the natural enrichment of mushrooms with vitamin D, as ergosterol is converted to ergocalciferol under exposure to the natural UV light of the sun.
We pack in high quality Pet jars 30g, Clear tin 25g or any other packaging according customers needs.
