Our Lentinula has won 2 golden awards for taste, while, for this particular product, Lentinula is properly dried in very thin slices, so that when the rice is boiled, it remains tender and tasty.
Cordyceps (Cordyceps militaris) has been produced for years in China and our company cooperates with a selected producer with a lot of experience in producing high quality mushrooms.
