It can be eaten on its own, as a snack or as a salad (with oil, lemon or vinegar it can be used to make an omelette, or it can be used to add flavor to country salad, dacos, potato salad or tzatziki.

It can also accompany fish, seafood or cold meats or be used in any other way your culinary creativity dictates.

 INGREDIENTS: Tomato 85%, organic olive oil, onion, garlic, white wine, fennel, carrot, mustard, star anise, ginger, ouzo, lemon, salt, sugar, pelt.

RECIPE: Heat the olive oil to a large frying pan and sauté meat on medium heat, whilst  stirring.  Add a cup of wine and a cup of water and let it boil for about 30 minutes. Then add sauce  "chicken cacciatore" and continue cooking for another  10 minutes.
