Fresh agaric mushrooms cut into large pieces are sautéed in extra virgin olive oil and simmered together with mustard, lemon juice and carefully selected ingredients and create a unique frying pan.

You can serve it either as a meze, plain or with feta cheese, for tsipouro, ouzo or beer, or as a ready-made sauce in grilled meat.

Saganaki is one of the most famous delicacies of Greek cuisine. It got its name from the "sagani" a pan with two opposite handles in which it is usually made. It can be fried cheese such as gruyere, kefalotyri, feta or even shrimp or mussels. This appetizer can accompany ouzo, tsipouro and generally alcoholic.

At Terra Fyllida we used the mushroom as a raw material and created two unique mushroom frying pans in two flavors.
