A mild taste with the flavour of homemade yogurt, the one we ate as young children in the village in the claypot with skin on top!

The proteins in yoghurt are of high nutricial value, while their quality is superior!

Makarina pasta falls in between spaghetti and angel hair. Cook it like spaghetti, but don’t be too generous with the sauce as it’s thin and calls for delicate handling.
